Description:

  • The Education Assistant will provide critical support to students and educators by actively assisting with student communication, troubleshooting issues, and addressing concerns.
  • This position will play a key role in curriculum development, assisting in the creation and organization of educational materials, and coordinating with instructors to ensure seamless delivery of curriculum.
  • The Education Assistant will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, providing administrative support, and utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to assist in resolving student issues effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in student support, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with students, instructors, and other staff members.
  • The Education Assistant should have excellent organizational skills to assist with maintaining student records, and managing administrative tasks.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively are important.
